We certainly appreciate and thank you for taking care of the recent replacement of the downspout that had split at the seams. Also, thank you for replacing the veneer strips of siding that had been vandalized during the winter. We hadn't expected the damaged siding to be replaced by you without a charge to us, and we are grateful for your kind consideration in this matter. Hopefully, all will go well this coming winter. Maybe we should acquire a Doberman Pincher.
